Starting over

As a family we have been richly blessed, with wonderful extended family and great friends in our lives. Without any of you we wouldn't be who we are. We love you all and thank you for your support as we start over and continue on our new adventure through life.

Bryan did it again

Okay with a family of SIX boys there never seems to be a dull moment around here..It seems like I can never keep something posted to long before I have to add something new..Anyways ok so 11-13-08 the boys and there friends were over to playing on the trampoline. I had just gotten in the shower when I heard Nathan scream Bryan's name. I cam running out to find Nathan carrying him inside and setting him on the counter. Bryan had broke his arm again! He landed and went to catch himself and it went backwards. Nathan took him to the ER where they found he broke both bones, nice clean brakes. So he stayed in the splint for awhile, and had to stay home from school until he could get in to see the orthopedic doctor. Well we went and saw him today where they took more x-rays and then finally put a cast on him. Of course he chose a blue one! We go back in a week to make sure none of the bones moved! He gets to endure this cast for five weeks. Bryan is actually totally excited to get back to school. Poor boy was so bored at home for three days!
Bryan was as cheerful as these flowers to get back to school with is friends and brothers.

AHHH a weekend away from it all well most of it...

Our wonderful friends/neighbors invited to us to spend the weekend with them up at their dad's cabin in Payson. It was a quick little vacation but so needed. After stopping at Wal-Mart for a few things.
(I love that Wal-mart in Payson, we always find tons of cool things there). We got up there Saturday afternoon and spent most of that day getting acquainted with his dad and the kids checking everything out. Denny's wife made a delicious dinner. Lydia cooked BBQ Ribs and chicken, with mashed potatoes and Baked Beans...It was so GOOD! I have to keep telling her that..
The next morning we ate a wonderful breakfast, helped his dad with a couple of things around the cabin.

Nathan taking a hold of Sam while I played with the twins, this wonderful husband is always willing to help out when I admit to needing help.

Nathan and I took all the boys for a walk down to the creek where we got to take a couple pictures of the boys! We didn't get to stay to long, because it was so COLD! The wind was blowing and it looked as if some type of storm was going to blow through.
Sam, Devin, and Kevin

Nathan, Josh, Bryan and the boys friend Jay. They all look just a little cold!

Josh took some time to look and see what all was in the river as it floated by quickly!

On our way home, coming down at of the mountains of Payson we hit some rain, just enough to make the truck look dirty. We arrived home to WINDY weather, which made it nice and cool here.

It was so nice to get away out of town for a short while and can't wait to go back again.

T.J. and Jolenes Wedding

After a long month of planning and preparing the day finally came. With three babies in tow almost every step of the way, and all of family life going on. We managed to pull off another great and beautiful wedding. I had the help of my dear friend Theresa who is always there to help me when I need it. This time she out did herself and made a beautiful cake! Such an awesome cake! Way to go girl!
The them for this wedding was fall and what a perfect time with the weather turning and fall in the air. We go to use the beautiful fall colors everywhere. We had such fun planning this wedding. The wedding took place at Jolene's parents
house. Where it provided the perfect set up for an outside wedding. We used there balcony and made an awesome arch, decorated with white fabric and flowers. The flowers used on the arches were my creation, which I think turned out pretty good. I would have loved to brought those home, but they were Jolene's. Oh well I can make more! Well it was an awesome wedding!
